I’m a Nine-Time Emmy Nominee and an experienced vocalist.
“Songs of Sinatra” is how I refer to my unique act with a vast repertoire of classic songs and modern hits.
I include songs from Elvis, Billy Joel, and Tony Bennett in my act as well to name a few.
HOW IT ALL STARTED…
I grew up in the small town of Port Jervis, New York about 90 minutes northwest of New York City.
My family settled in my hometown on the Delaware River in the early 1700s.
My parents Carol and Ross were high school sweethearts. My mom is a dancer at heart and is a retired registered nurse. My dad played piano, organ, banjo, and violin as well as being a hospital administrator and a retiree from the Air Force. They raised my three siblings and me in a home filled with love, music, and the arts.
At five I started playing the piano and was part of my school and church’s choirs. I also played keyboards in several bands.
I learned photography at an early age by apprenticing through a local photographer. My photos were published in several newspapers.
My older brother Ken studied television production at the University of Miami. Ken and I started our own video production business producing corporate and special event videos.
Ken began working at NBC in the late 80s and it wasn’t long after that he got me into NBC as well.
I worked for 25 years at NBC.
20 years as Camera One for NBC’s Late Night and The Tonight Show.
My credits include Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Saturday Night Live.
I received nine Emmy nominations for my camera work.
Throughout the years I continued to love and appreciate music. As luck would have it, one of my now friends, Lee Curtis heard me singing Sinatra's “That's Life” at a bar in NYC and asked me to fly to Las Vegas the following week and perform for his corporate conference.
I did just that.
After Vegas, I was hooked on a new career and began singing Sinatra songs regularly.
I was approached by my longtime friend and the owner of The Playwright Tavern in Time Square, Frank Dwyer. Frank asked me about starting a residency of my “Songs of Sinatra” at The Playwright. Since then, I have been performing in the Big Apple weekly and traveling all over to sing for people at private and corporate events. I love singing and meeting people from all over the world with the
